Refund policy

Returns Eligibility We want you and your feline companion to love your PoshPurrs purchase! If you are not entirely satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received them.

• In their original packaging (including any tags or protective covers).

• Free from any pet hair, dander, or odors to ensure the safety of our warehouse staff and future customers.

Note: For hygienic and safety reasons, used litter boxes, scratched cat furniture, or items showing signs of pet wear and tear cannot be accepted for return.

How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@poshpurrs.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with shipping instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
